Though the system of 'workers participation in management' has been already in vogue practically, many organisations are advised to implement through an enactment. This system,if practised in any organisation,will remove many hurdles arised from the trade unions. My humble view is,though the trade unions are doing best on many phases,there are companies forced to close the organisations due to the trade union activities.
