The Admission Procedure
The announcement will begin to appear in major national dailies by late November. The announcements will inform you where and how to send for application forms.
After the receipt of duly filled forms, those who pass the initial screening will be called for admission tests. These tests are specifically designed not only to gauge the innovation potential and eagerness to learn but also to assess the overall personality traits and sense of commitment.
In the final stage, those who pass the admission tests will be called for a personal interview.
Graduate Programmes in Design :
(Duration : 4 Years 6 Months / 9 semester)
Product Design
Interior Space and Equipment Design
Transportation Design
Retail & Exhibition Design
Graphic Design
Animation Design
Film and Video Design
Eligibility :
Students who have completed higher secondary education or its equivalent are eligible to apply for the graduate programmes in design. After one year of Predesign Course, students may be able to select any of the design disciplines.
Post Graduate Programmes in Design :
(Duration : 2 Years 6 Months / 5 semester)
Product Design
Transportation Design
Interior Space and Equipment Design
Graphic Design
Retail & Exhibition Design
Animation Design
Film and Video Design
Eligibility :
Students who already have completed graduate level study in Engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical, electronics, mechatronics, chemical), Architecture, Interior design, Accessory design or any other related disciplines may apply for Post Graduate Programmes in Design.
Graduates in disciplines not mentioned above who think they not only have innovative ideas but can demonstrate their motivation and commitment to realize these ideas in tangible forms are also encouraged to apply.
