Preaparation of Namkeen Dalia

In India namkeen dalia is cooked specially at the time of breakfast.Namkeen dalia is the source of nutrients, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins etc. So,this post will teach you "How to prepare Namkeen Dalia ?"
2 dium Green chillies
2 Tablespoon cooking oil
Few curry leaves
1 teacup Lapsi (Broken wheat/dalia)
1 teaspoon Mustard seed
1 Medium Onion
1 tablespoon corrinder leaves
1 Tablespoon PeaNuts
Salt to taste.
Method to preapare Namkeen Dalia:
In a pressure pan pour cooking oil and heat it.
Then fry mustard seeds, curry leaves.
Now add peanuts and saute.
Now saute onions and green chillies.
Finally add the dalia and saute it for a while.
Now add a salt to taste.
Pour one and a half cup of water and pressure cook for 4-5 minutes.
Now it is ready to serve.
Garnish with the corrinder leaves
Serve it hot.
