Infosys Technologies Limited: (Acclaimed to be the most structured recruitment procedure)

Eligibility – All branches of Engineering
Duration of the selection process – 150 minutes

Filling up of application form.

Aptitude Test in Analytical Thinking, Arithmetic and Logical Reasoning – 30 questions in 45 minutes. No puzzles.

Communicative English Test. – 40 questions in 30 minutes.

The Aptitude Test - Analytical type – Typically on the lines of CAT Test.

HR Interview


Hexaware Recruitment Procedure:

Four stages
1) Aptitude Test: 50+ questions in english and aptitude – 1 hour
2) Group Discussion
3) Technical interview - strong knowledge of C,C++
4) HR interview
