Tears from your eyes

Tears:It is not just a liquid product obtained while crying. These are the symbols of extreme sadness in our lives and extreme Happiness too. When we are filled in neck tight problems, when there isn't any one with us tears are the only friend that relieves you and supports you to success.
Tears- Heart Attacks:When we are in problems automatically we cry this is an involuntary action. But many of us don't know why we cry, it is to decrease the stress and burden in our heart. It is confessed by the cardiologists that heart attacks occur majorly in men than women due to the fact that women cry on an average once in a week.
How to stop tears :When you are watching a movie and you are completely involved in it .In a sentimental scene you couldn't stop your tears. But you don’t want to exhibit your tears to others, as they may feel that you are a sentimental fool. Similarly, most of the men feel that tears will decrease the self confidence levels. This may be true to some extent. Whatever may be the reason there are certain situations in everyone’s life where you try to stop tears from your eyes and fails to do so. In those situations when you wants to forcibly stop the water from your eyes here is a small tip:
Don’t think about the tears. Just concentrate on your breath. (Inhalation and Exhalation) Your tears will be halted.
Conclusion:There are several people who cry for simple reasons. My sincere suggestion for all of them is don’t cry for unnecessary things and make your tears valueless
