This recipe can be viewed on my website reciperiddle.com as well, and it is the favourite dish of all non veg lovers all over the globe.Biryani is specially cooked during festivals and weddings which is at its best.
3 cups Oil
1 kg Rice
1 kg Meat
10 Chillis or as required
1 saucer Ginger/garlic paste
½ litre Curds
1 handful Mint
1 hand full Coriander leaves
Salt as required
1 tsp Red chilli powder or if required
Take a handled vessel and heat oil. Add onion and dry spices to it and fry until golden brown. When done add tomatoes to it & cook well. Then add all the remaining ingredients except rice & lemon one after the other. Finally when the meat is moist add lemon & set aside. Half boil rice and mix the gravy and rice layer by layer & steam for 10 mins or until done on a low flame. Garnish it with dry fruits and serve hot with mint chutney or raita.
