Summary :
The Application Service Analyst will be responsible for putting down the design requirement, developing CORREX code and driving those requests through to deployment & troubleshooting if required, following the SDLC model. In addition responsibilities include maintaining close working relationships with clients, on-shore team members and other departments to ensure quality solutions are delivered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide support in evaluating client requests to determine project scope and functionality
- Analyze, define and document client requirements into a functional requirement document while considering process improvements to maximize service delivery and operational efficiencies

Develop the requirement :
- Ensure that the facilitation meets the defined requirements and appropriate level of quality via testing
- Developing & carry out regression testing
- Participate and lead deployment activities
- Create high-level training documentation (i.e. module documentation, scenario modeling and process flows) for training purpose
- Participating in joint UAT exercises
- Other duties as needed and assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
- Alignment to standard operating procedures of projects
- Should be able to map the requirements into algorithms
- Ability to grasp TRX technology, solutions and align to TRX discipline & work culture
- Ability to maintain attention to detail on both short and long term projects
- Ability to utilize MS office programs
- Enthusiasm and consistency in performance
- Knowledge and understanding of at least one travel GDS and technology systems
- Understanding of travel agency process flow operations, including reservations, ticketing and customer care is preferred
- Good communication skills & should be a team player with a positive attitude
- Able to handle rapidly changing environment
- Utilize company-provided training and individual effort to continue growth of industry-specific knowledge
- Education and/or Experience
- 0-2yrs - Any bachelor’s degree / PG or equivalent work experience
- Exposure into programming is necessary
- Travel industry experience will be preferred

Note: - People with 4-5yrs of ticketing experience with basic programming knowledge will also be considered.
