Problems of Breast cancer

Breast cancer is becoming a common disese all over the world. It occurs to women and men. But women are more vulnerable to it. The risk of breast cancer increases with aging in women. The risk is also higher for women witha personel or family history; long menstrula history; recent use of oral contraceptive or post menopuase hormonal replacemnet therapy; or no children or no live birth until the age of 30 or older. Othere risk factors include alcohol consumption and obesity. Inherited mutation such in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes gratly increase a women`s risk for breast cancer, but genetic factor account only for the 10% of the affected.

Physical symptoms include a breast lump and less brest thickening, swelling, distortion or tenderness, skin irritation or dimpkling; or pain, scaliness, or retraction of nipple. Breast pain is more commonly associated with benign conditions. The treatment include lumpectomy, mastectomy, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, hormone therapy, immunotherapy, or some combination of these. Variable drugs are also available now a days. Early detection gives lot more chance of survival.
