To reduce heel pain ,fill a foot tub with cool water about 3/4level of the tub with a mixture of1/2 cup of white vinegar or apple cider vinegar.Soak your foot in this vinegar mixturefor about20 to 30 minutes everyday,pain will subisides gradually,

Well there is indeed some good uses of vinegar aside from food preparation. In fact it is also very useful to treat stings from sea creatures such as jelly fish.
