K V Dharamshala is located in Dharamshala Cantt. It is surrounded by lush green pine trees and Dhauladhar range of Himalayas.
K. V. Dharmshala was established on 15th November 1981 in Dharamshala Cantt by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan New Delhi, an autonomous body of Human Resource and Development ministry Govt. of India
The atmosphere here remains very cool throughout the year, winters being more chilly.
