do brush two times a day,

Dear mahasweta das
In most of the cases bleeing from teeth and gum is due to inflammation of gums.SO it could be initial stage of ginvitis or some moderate stage of periodontitis. So i would suggest once u go to dentist and check it out with ur dentist. May be u would require a scaling that is tooth cleaning.
ANy mouth wash or salt water gargling would help u but for short term only. It is not a treatment for root cause of bleeding.

hi, amaresh...i am a dentist so thought of helping you....you seem to be having acute gingivitis...in which patient has bleeding gums...i would suggest u go to a dentist & get scaling done...if u cant for some reasons then start with 2 grams of metrogyl (single dose to be taken immediately aftr food)....get well soon..

HI FRIEND .U MAY BE SUFFERING FROM GUMS PROBLEM.
GINGIVITIOS IS AN INFLAMMATION OF THE GINGIVA.
BLEEDING OF GUMS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM. U LOOSE LOT OF UR BLOOD.
PROLONGED INFLAMMATION CAN LEAD TO LOSE OF YOUR TEETH.
SO TO AVOID
USE STYPTIC AGENTS TO STOP BLEEDING.
DO GARGLING WITH SALT WATER TWICE OR THRICE A DAY.
BRUSH UR TEETH 2 TIMES A DAY.
AS MEDICATION
TAKS TABLET METRONIDAZOLE 400mg
one tablet to be taken thice a day before food.
