OBJECTIVE :- To work in challenging atmosphere that provides ample challenge, consistent growth, and continuous scope for learning and up gradation of professional skills WORK EXPERIENCE:- Presently working at District court sangli as a private practicing Advocate since 1997. JOB PROFILE:- I use to practice in various courts of Maharashtra i.e. at Kolhapur, Pune, Mumbay & also in Karnataka i.e. at Bijapur, Chikkodi etc. 1) I have huge knowledge of How to claim, contest and assess Motor accident compensation cases i.e. insurance claims, in which near about 20 to 25 awards were obtained per year and also defended Accident Claims cases on behalf of owners and Drivers. 2) Revenue matters - Drafting, conveyance, Search for title of property, and all other responsibilities in Land transactions. 3) Recovery suites - Recovery of financial Institutions namely a) Jath urban co-operative Bank, b) Manmandir Nagari sah pat sanstha Vita. Recovered near about 50, 00,000/- through criminal complaint filled u/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Acts and also under civil suits. SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS:- For up gradation of professional skills I attended workshop conducted at Sangli, Karad Nagpur and pune on legal advancement.
