I am a Airtel subscriber .I was recharge 61 Rs as Booster card 30 days validity on 19th June,It'll end on 19th July.In this booster 100 local sms,30p/Minute Airtel to Airtel local call,50p/Min to other local calls.
It came nicely upto 8th July.From 9th July to till now I can't send SMS from my No to any others.I contacted lot of time with customer care,they said 15th July this problem will be solved.
But the problem is not my side.this problem is service side. So I asked to them "this is not problem my side,its your(Airtel) side so You should extend the booster period "
but they said :
"There is no way to extend this booster period"
so I decided to approach it with consumer court .
Currently I am living Chennai. can any one tell how to go consumer court.
