    Now a days teacher student relations are not that good as they used to be in earlier days.It might be due to various reasons: work pressure or lack of job satisfaction amongst teachers or modern world atmosphere for students etc.
    But due to all these communication gap between them is widening day by day which is negatively affecting the teaching-learning process.
    By creating this association I would like to improve the learning conditions
