Baalnoi academy has been found by Major H S Kalsi who had served in Indian army for our country. He is the director of Baalnoi academy which trains many aspiring candidates who wants to enter into Indian army through SSB.
SSB is Services Selection Board of Indian armed force. Selection process into Indian armed force is prestigious and takes about five days. Civilians who have completed +2, graduation and post graduation are eligible. There are lot of screening and baalnoi academy trains an individual or candidate to be well prepared for the screening.
The academy is named after the Battle of balnoi an indo pak war in 1971 where the achievements of 9 Rajputana rifles are still remembered
