Kurmannapalem also one of the cities in Visakhapatnam (dist) under Gajuwaka (Mandal). It is one of the fast growing cities due to the presence of VEPZ well known as Visakhapatnam Export Processing Zone and Visakapatnam Steel Plant (Vizag Steel) and so many other companies are there. The Duvvada Railway station is 1km far from the Kurmannapalem main Road.
