About Government Polytechnic College, Neyyatinkara
The Govt. Polytechnic College, Neyyattinkara began functioning during the year 1991-1992 under World Bank Assited Technician Education Project with an intake of 30 students each in four branches of Engineering - Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Avionics, Electronics & Instrumentation and Computer Engineering. A new course on diploma in Computer Application & Business Management has started during 1999-2000. Multi Point Entry and Credit (MPEC) System is followed here which is different from the conventional 3 year Diploma Courses followed in other Polytechnic Colleges
