About Siddhartha Medical College

Siddhartha Medical College was started in the year 1980 in Vijayawada by Siddhartha Academy of General and Technical Education. The academic sessions were started from the year 1981 with around 100 students. The main building of the college is occupying 57acres of land and it took almost 5 years for completion. Initially, the college was taken care of by A.P. University of Health Sciences but later on, the Director of Medical Education took its administrative control. It is currently affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada and is offering excellent education in the field of medical sciences.
