About A V S College Of Engineering & Technology
The AVS Educational Trust is a non-profit charitable & educational trust started in the millennium year to serve society , particularly the weaker sectionof society by providing quality education. The Trust has been promoted by two dynamic & enthusiastic philanthropist from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, the haven for Quality Technical Education. Mr. S.V.Shivagnanam is the founder chairman of the Trust. To tap the youthful potentials in rural India, the Trust embarked upon a mission of starting a new Technical Institution at Venkatachalam, Nellore in the name and style of AVS College of Engineering & Technology (AVSCET).
Stated in the Year 2002, the Institution is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to the JNTU, Hyderabad. The college is situated in a serene 40 acre site abutting Nation Highway near Nellore. The Institure is to produce competent, disciplined and quality engineers through service for excellence.
