K. L. Bajoria College started in the memory of Late Kamakhyalal Bajoriya. It is managed by a trust who is managing only CBSE schools in Meghalaya.
The college is offering courses in traditional arts and science. Additionally, they are providing courses like Fashion designing and Spoken English etc to help students getting jobs and other opportunities.
It has a library with thousands of volumes of books and is providing online computer access for students.
The semester system at the degree level was introduced in 2015 and it offers a scholarship for 10 students every year which covers all the tuition fees, Hostel fees and Rs.7000 for buying educational books.
