The University has three main FACULTIES.
It has following dept.: Engineering and Technology ,Faculty of Medicine and Dental Sciences, Faculty of Humanities and Sciences.
The first year campus is separate and located in Adayalampattu, a short distance away from the main campus in Maduravoyal, and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th years are all placed in the main campus building. The Maduravoyal campus is the main administrative office also.
