About Ansar Women's College, Perumpilavu
Ansar Women's College is affiliated to the University of Calicut and situated in Perumpilavu, in Thrissur district, Kerala. The motive of this college is to grow children with good leadership qualities and responsibilities. Ansar Women's College, Perumpilavu is managed by the Ansari Charitable Trust. This college is established in the year 2002. The main aim of this college is to empower and enlighten women through academic excellence. It is one of the top women's colleges in Thrissur district under the University of Calicut.
This college offers undergraduate (UG), and postgraduate (PG) courses. There are twelve UG courses and four PG courses in Ansar Women's College. This institute provides several skill-oriented courses.
Efficient and qualified faculties are the most important feature of Ansar Women's College. A pain and palliative care unit and a student relief wing called 'Ashwas' is working in the college premises. The assistance that this unit is doing for poor students is commendable.
