College Overview K.C. Narayana College of Education, Guntakal is a private un-aided institute which is located in Anantapur district in the state of Andhra Pradesh. It was established in the year 2002. The college is affiliated to Sri Krishnadevaraya University. This college is approved by NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) and it is a co-educational one. Within a short span of time, the college has progressed into one of the top educational institutes in India. The college offers education in the field of teacher's training. It offers a one-year full-time Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). There are about seven lecturers in the college and the number of intake students in one academic year is 100.
Facilities The college has a decent infrastructure and staff strength and it has become one of the leading teacher's education institute in the country. In terms of facilities, the college has a big library with a wide collection of books, magazines, and journals. There are about 3390 books and the number of journals is 10. There is a big playground inside the college campus where the students can play various sports and games such as volleyball, cricket, football, etc. There is a well-equipped laboratory with all necessary apparatus and a computer lab as well.
