Established in 2004, Great Lakes Institute of Management was started in in a rented building in Chennai with 123 students joining the first batch of its flagship Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM). Padmashree awardee, Dr. Bala V Balachandran, Professor Emeritus at Kellogg School of Management, Great Lakes Institute of Management was the founder of this institution.
The institute is constantly providing quality education to students willing to pursue post graduate programs in management making it one of the leading Business Schools in India with campuses in Chennai and Delhi-NCR.
