About K.L.E. Society''s Women''s Arts and Commerce College

The K. L. E. Society's Women's Arts and Commerce College, Gadag – Betgeri has the distinctive characteristics of its own from two points of view. Firstly, when the college was started in the year 1985-86, it was only one institution of its kind in K. L. E. Society meant for women education at the Degree Level secondly, the college is the only college, which is serving women folk by providing education at degree level in the entire Gadag District and near by areas. The Motto of our college is ‘Educate Women and Build the Nation.'

K. L. E. Society's Women's Arts and Commerce College Gadag – Betgeri was established in June 1985.

The college was admitted to 2(F) and 12(B) of the UGC in 2003. The college has permanent affiliation to Karnatak State Women University Bijapur.

Our College is accredited with “B" Grade by NAAC in May 2004.
