Bad environment for patients 3 out of 5

SUM Hospital was one of the best private medical services in Bhubaneswar. As they have own medical college, so in-house doctors are present most of the time. They have also own blood bank for which most of the patients get direct blood from there. Previously it was providing service at very cheap price, as well as they had fantastic infrastructure. This helped a lot of the poor people of nearby cities to get good medical service. However, after getting popular, now they have started cheating people. Unnecessarily Doctors force to do lots of test which are very expensive. Nevertheless, they are giving good service as they have good infrastructure, hi-tech testing machines etc. The only problem is now the medical services are no longer affordable for the poor people.
