The interested candidates who want to take admission in the desired course in this institution have to register in the institution for which the registration form can be downloaded from the institute website. This form is to be filled in and has to be sent to the institute along with a demand draft for the registration fee. For 2 years course Registration Fee is Rs 5500 and for all other courses having tenure of more than 2 years, it is Rs 10500. The candidate can send the Registration form and Demand Draft payable at “Guru Nanak Dev Educational Society, Dehradun." to Uttranchal (P.G.) College of Bio-Medical Science & Hospital, Near I.S.B.T, Sewala Khurd, GMS – Transport Nagar Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001.
The registration fee can also be directly deposited in one of the following bank accounts of the institute. 1. The institute will send the registration slip to the candidate after receiving the registration fee. - (C). Document verification:
Once the institute confirms the admission in the required course then the candidate has to present the following documents at the time of taking admission in the institute - (i) Mark sheets and certificates of 10th & 12th for U.G. Courses. (ii) Mark sheets and certificates of 10th, 12th & U.G. for P.G. Courses. (iii) Proof of Residence – Ration Card/Voter's ID Card/driving license/Passport. (iv) 4 copies of the passport size coloured photograph. (v) Domicile certificate, if applicable. (vi) Caste, tribe, or disability certificate from the competent authority (if applicable). (vii) Aadhar Card. (viii) Migration certificate. (ix) Police Verification Certificate. - (D). College Fee:
Once admitted the student has to deposit fee for the course, book bank (library), Hostel, extra-curricular fee etc.
