About the college
Bhai Asa Singh Girls College, Goniana Mandi was established in 1973 and got affiliated to Punjabi University, Patiala in 1975. It is located in an educationally backward area and is managed by Bhai Jagta Ji Educational Society, Goniana Mandi and is working with an aim to uplift the area educationally. The college campus is spread over 6 acres of land.
The college building is having a four-storeyed building equipped with all modern facilities. College facilities include a vast library with 10750 books, a computer lab, Playground, etc. There is a book-bank facility and the needy students are issued books for the whole year. The sports facilities include the track and field grounds, sports goods and playgrounds for Badminton, Kho-Kho, Volleyball & Table-Tennis.
