The Kalaniketan polytechnic college, one of the leading institution of M.P.,feels proud to have completed 50 years since its inception in the year 1955.Students from the college are working in prestigious posts in government,public and private organization in India & abroad .Slowly and steadily it has prospered to the present status. Its strength lies in strong infrastructure, skilled and dedicated faculty and staff and well equipped laboratory
Now the colleges building condition is bad, anytime building can demolish automatically.
The college is nearly 1 km far from Railway station and City Bus stand. This college has its own hostel separate for boys and girls.

I studied here and passed out from the Electronics & Communication Department of Kalaniketan Polytechnic College, Jabalpur in 2007. All the faculty of the department who taught me were good and due to them I reached the position of Engineer in MP Power Generating Co. Ltd. The knowledge they imparted and the methods of teaching are excellent. Campus infrastructure is also very good, though extra-curricular activities are average.
