A. D. M. College for Women, Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu was founded in 1975, exclusively for women with an objective of providing education to the girls of the surrounding areas. The college is run by ‘Natarajan Dhamayanthi Educational Society' and is affiliated with Bharathidasan University. The college has received accreditation by NAAC and is having an autonomous status. It offers UG, PG, Ph.D., Certificate courses, and Short term courses to aspiring candidates.
FacilitiesThere are various facilities in the college for the students. Some of the main facilities are laboratories (Chemistry, Zoology, Physics, Computer Science, Bio-Chemistry, Math Lab, English Language Lab, Business Lab, etc), Internet center, First aid, CCTV, Canteen, Wi-Fi, Hostel facility, etc.
AdmissionsInterested candidates for admission in the particular course can collect or obtain by post the application form on payment of application fee. The form is to be filled with details of the course applied for and giving all the relevant personal and educational information as asked in the form. The complete form in all respect along with copies of the supporting documents is to be submitted to the college or sent by post to "The Principal, A.D.M. College For Women, Nagapattinam– 611 001". The selected candidates will be intimated for admission and will be asked to come to the college for document verification and submission of the course fee. For UG/PG courses the college has now started online applications also for admissions and as soon as a student visits the college website, a pop-up comes on the screen for accessing the online application form. The students who are interested to stay in the hostel can apply for a hostel facility only after getting admission to the college. - Umesh
