About A & M Institute of Management and Technology
A & M Institute of Management and Technology offers UG courses in Science, Commerce, Computer, and Agriculture and offers PG courses in Commerce and Management. It was founded by a group of educationists in the year 2008 in Pathankot in the state of Punjab. This college is affiliated to I K Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar.
FacilitiesThe college has separate hostels for the boys and girls. Each of the hostels has a warden and hostel attendant to help the students and keep the hostel in a good ambiance. For the benefit of students, there are some indoor games also made available in the hostel.
The college is having a well-equipped library having books on various subjects, reference books, journals, and magazines. Presently, there are about 8000 books in the library.
All the main sports and games are available in the college. There is a sports group that is instrumental in motivating students to take up sports and which also organizes sports competitions from time to time and annual sports.
There is a thrust in the college on use of computer facilities and it has a center where the computer and work station facilities are available for the students. There is Wi-Fi on the campus for seamless communication for the students.
AdmissionsThe admission application form is available on the college site and the same is to be downloaded and printed and then filled completely and copies of the following documents are to be attached with it before submitting it in the college. The application form is to be signed by the candidate as well as the guardian. The original certificates are to be presented along with the application form for verifications of the candidate's credentials.
1. High School certificate and mark sheet.
2. Class XII certificate and mark sheet.
3. Graduation certificate (wherever applicable) and score sheet.
4. Proof of residence.
5. TC / Migration certificate from the earlier institute.
6. Caste certificate (wherever applicable).
7. Aadhar card.
8. Photographs - 4 copies.
The admissions are based on the merit of the candidates and once a candidate is informed about his or her admission, the fee for the course is to be deposited.
