Its engineering college started in year 2002 and interduced MBA course in Year 2005,Institute of Engineering and Emerging Technologies or IEET is a self financing technical and professional education institution of Himachal. It was established in the 2002 at Baddi. The institute is an emerging centre imparting technical and professional education to the students.
IEET is situated on the foothills of Himalayas & has a well landscaped campus in the industrial areas of Baddi on the Baddi Nalagarh stretch of National Highway 21-A and is nearly 40 km away from Chandigarh, 30 km from Panchkula and 20 km from Pinjore. The campus is spread over an area of 40 acres in Solan.
