PTR College Of Engineering & Technology was started by Sasikala Memorial Educational Trust in the year 2001 in Madurai. Programmes offered in PTR are five under graduate courses in Electronics, Electrical, Computer science, Information technology and Mechanical engineering; and three post graduate courses in the field of Engineering design, Power electronics, Computer and communication. It is an AICTE approved Anna university affiliated college with well qualified staffs and facility.
Extra curricular activities:
Indoor/ Outdoor games,
NSS,
Blood donor club.
Facilities:
Library (member of DELNET),
Travel facility,
Hostel for both gender (Individual cot, utility center),
