Pros:
- Highly Disciplined
- Provide a quite good level of education
- Few faculties are highly knowledgeable and smart.
- Having retired forces personals at administrative positions including its director and proctor.
- A very good infrastructure
- Having beautiful buildings
- A quite big campus.
- Most Important having a good canteen with tasty food.
- Satisfactory food in the hostels.
Cons:
- Rules governed college like a school
- Few faculties are just useless.
- Over restrictive policies for students as well as faculties.
- Not having a good research environment.
- AC never works here except computer labs.
- Very slow or can say pathetic internet speed.
- Pathetic Wi-Fi speed in the hostels.

Introduction
Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College popularly known as AKG is affiliated to Gautam Buddha Technical University ( formerly UPTU). It is situated on Delhi- Hapur Bypass. It is one of the best institution in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The institute provides a quality of education to the students. The education system not only gives theoretical knowledge but also imparts in providing practical aspects to the students. The college focus to develop the personality of a student which assists them in getting a good profile job.
Infrastructure
The institute has a complex and beautiful infrastructure. The campus is built in area of 40 acres which comprises of administrative main block, back block, MCA building, mechanical block, canteen, separate hostels for boys and girls . The college provides well-equipped lecture halls and laboratories. These all contain modern amenities.
Course Offered
The college offers both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. B.Tech course covers six engineering disciplines that are computer science and engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, information technology, applied science and mechanical engineering. The postgraduate programme offers MCA and M.Tech in Automation and Robotics, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Power & Energy Systems and VLSI Design.
Placement
The placement cell provides all the assistance which is required by a candidate to get a job. It also provides training if it is needed.
Facilities
Various facilities are available to the students inside the campus. The college has a digital library system, Internet lab, book bank facility, ATM, canteen which they can utilize according to the need. For the students residing in hostels, many more amenities are provided for their entertainment.
Transport Facility
The college has 5 buses which is used for transportation. Also, it has some light vehicles.
Fees
At present, the annual fee for 1st year student is around Rs. 98000.It keeps on modifying from time to time.
Over all, it is good to study from this institute.
