About K.S.R College of Arts and Science
K.S.Rangasamy College of Arts and Science, Tiruchengode, was started in the year 1995 by the K.S.R Educational and Charitable Trust. Lion.Dr.K.S.Rangasamy MJF, is the President of the Trust and the founding father of KSRCAS. Affiliation was granted to the college in 1995 by the University of Madras. Now the college is affiliated to the Periyar University, Salem.
The college is situated in a beautiful and serene campus of 300 acres, 12 km from Erode and 8 km from Tiruchengode.
The college has been recognized by the UGC u/s 2(f).
The college has been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001-2000(E) certification by RMTUV.
The K.S.R. College of Arts & Science runs several Research, Post Graduate and Under Graduate Programmes under the aegis of the following
- Centre for Biological Sciences
- Centre for Information Technology
- Centre for Management Studies
The Centre concept will make K.S.R. College of Arts and Science grow and develop into a nucleus in the areas of Biological Sciences, Information Technology and Management Studies by establishing links with the Institutions Par Excellence of Higher Learning, Governmental and Non-Governmental Organisations within and outside the country for the benefit of the society.
