"BKBIET" was held on 5th Oct. 2005. The Institute has strong collaboration with five French Universities, one Swiss university, one Portugal University and one Thailand University. More than twenty percent students had been sent and are being sent to these international universities for two or three months Internship programmes. More than twenty five students completed internship in our institute under students exchange programme from French and Thailand universities.
Infrastructure The campus is spread over a wide area of 7.86 lakh square feet with beautifully constructed architecture. The college authorities try to provide most facilities inside the campus so that student is not required to go outside. It even provides an on-campus grocery store and SBI ATM for the convenience of students. There are airy and large classrooms, auditoriums, and fully equipped laboratories.
There are one issue library and two reference libraries. The library not only carries books but also acts as an Integrated Knowledge Resource Center where students can access educational CDs/DVDs, national and international journals, and periodicals in connection with all sorts of books. The library is fully air-conditioned with whole-time wi-fi access through which you can access National Digital Library.
The College workshop is spread over an area of 13000 square feet which includes a fitting shop, a smithy shop, and a carpentry shop. The workshop is installed with the latest lathe, milling, shaping, shearing, welding, and various standard machines of international and national make.
The college provides separate hostel facilities for girls and boys with a total of 1000 seats. Hostels are fully secured and provide the best mess facilities to students which are efficient in supplying hygienic and nutritious food to students. - Dev Arora
