VIT-K is an institute located in 15 acre of land on main NH-2 , on Kanpur – Allahabaad highway, just 7 km from ramdevi.It is affiliated to GBTU, lucknow have a code of 523.Its Aim is to provide students a best environment of learning and to provide them best knowledge in technology.
INFRASTRUCTURE
The Campus of a college is well maintained and very well planned designed. It is spread in a vast area of 15 acre of land. Whole campus is integrated with Wi-Fi .
HOSTEL
They has separate boys and girls hostel provided with all basic needs of students.All rooms are big with much space, having study table and computer node.

Library
It has an excellent library.Library consist of wide varieties of books which include books related to syllabus, National and International Journals, Reviews articles on various subjects, Books for advanced knowledge. It consist of about 20000 and more books.It is equipped with latest reading , research & audiovisual format.
It also has subscribed to DELNET, so student can widely search for research paper through delnet.
LABS
VIT-K has different laboratories for doing practical work, as practical training and development is very important for engineering student.Labs are well maintained for Civil engineering, Mechanical , electronics na d comm. Engineering. There are many labs available such as computer, electronics , communication labs, workshop etc. Also having Physics & chemistry labs. They consist of latest technology equipments and the spacious laboratories.
Lecturer rooms
All classrooms are well air conditioned and having a lots of space. They are comfortable and provide good studying environment.
B.TECH PROGRAMS
VIT-K offers 4-year b.Tech program to students in the following discipline.
1.AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING
VIT-K provide b.tech program in agricultural engineering to students. It applies science and technology to agricultural production. It combines a discipline of animal biology, plant biology, and technical skills with the knowledge of agriculture principles.
All labs of this department is well equipped Some labs are
•Fluid mechanics
•Farm machinery lab
•Farm power lab
2. CIVIL ENGINEERING
This is one of the most oldest engineering discipline. VIT-K provide b.tech program in civil engineering to their student of duration of 4 years. It is related to planning, designing and executing structural works. It deals with wide variety of task such as construction , designing ., public works such as construction of roads, dams, water works etc. Student are provided with better skills and knowledge of this field .
3.ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING
Vit-k provide years b.tech program to their student in displine of EN. IT is a basic core branch.It encourages students to develop new and good projects based electronic system. Power is the today's need and using resources in efficient way to generate electricity and power is one of the major demand in the world.
To match the continuous growth in requirement of electric power skilled engineers are required for it. Electrical engineering also enables us to establish small-scale industries for power invertors, ups and others products as there is a increase in demand for power back ups.
VIT-K covers following topics in EN:

4.MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
This department provide B.Tech degree course to the students. It has a balanced curriculum designed to meet the present day of industry needs. It has its own workshops and labs. Students learn design of various machines, energy system, material and production processes during the course. There mission is to impart the quality education to the students and enhancing their skills to make them ready for competitions.
This department has some major educational objectives:
•Impart basic knowledge of maths, science and engineering. To develop problem solving skills.
•Produce enginners with better and strong theoretical and practical exposure in the relevant discipline.
•A famous scientist commented that Computer was the single biggest invention of mankind after invention of wheel!
5.COMPUTER SCIENCE & ENGINEERING
Vit-k provide 4 year b.tech program to their students in discipline of CSE. It helps student in providing hardware and software knowledge of computer. The mission of this department is to provide high quality of education in the discipline of Computer Science and Engineering. It impart quality education according to the needs of industry. The labs are designed well with latest technology , softwares and tools of the computer science.
The department is provided with good faculties which help the students in improving them. They Have necessary professional skills, such as high ethical standards, effective oral and written communication . They had already Achieved success in there chosen areas
Labs are well furnished with fully LAN connected computers. Entire college has a record in ERP software where all records such as lecturer records, plans, assignments ,attendance all are maintained in this software.
6.ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION
The field of electronics is the fastest growing field in terms of technology in current time. It finds it application in all fields since electronics equipments are used in almost every field.
VIT-K is providing a b.tech program in this discipline.
Its objectives are:
