About The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Shimla Chapter
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a reputed Institute of India which is acting under the Law of Parliament i.e. the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 and providing professional education from 3 decades. Shimla chapter of ICSI came under the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Shimla Chapter of NIRC of The ICSI is providing classes for CS students which are taken by experienced local faculties who happened to be members of ICSI. This ICSI chapter also provides the entire relevant student counseling regarding course fee and structure along with other guidance required by students and members. This chapter providing CS course books, registration facility, exam form submission facility etc. Lots of professional seminars and events are organized by Shimla Chapter of NIRC of The ICSI from time to time where student and member of ICSI participate by paying prescribed nominal fees.
