About Nss College, Manjeri
The college is situated in the town of Manjeri. From Manjeri bus stand, there are no buses available to the college. Auto rickshaws are available. The college is situated 1.5 Km away from Manjeri town on the top of a hill. The college is under the management of Nair Service Society (NSS), where the name of the college comes from. This is one of the 23 colleges under the management of NSS in Kerala. The college has a University Grants Commission (UGC) recognition. Day to day administration of the institution is carried out by the Principal who is assisted by the College council and various other committees appointed jointly by the Council and Principal. The college Council which is a statutory advisory body is constituted by the Principal, Heads of Departments and two members elected from among the members of the staff.
