Vivekananda College of Education, Karnataka is established in year 1974 under the commitee of the Sri Yelanadu Jagadguru Education Society. It has been included under 12B and 2F of U.G.C. Act, affiliation by the University of Mysore, and recognised by N.C.T.E.S.R.C. Bangalore. The College offers Bachelor of Education degree course. The aim of the college is to impart and promote professional education for teachers in our society and help to develop nation.The college is located on the main Bangalore highway, the campus sits on 2.5 acres , 165 KM West of State capital Bangalore with green coconut groves

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
Candidates must be graduates with B.A. or B.Sc. and shall have studied any one of the languages and two of the three electives specified below.
