Shrimati Jaldhari Devi Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya is a Sanskrit college, which is located in midst of green fields in the rural area of Noonkhar village, in Deoria district district of Uttar Pradesh. The Sanskrit college is affiliated to Sampoornand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya.
Location
The college is located in Noonkhar which is 22km away from Deoria. One can reach Noonkhar by train or by taxi. To go by train, one has catch the train passing from Deoria Sadar railway station and going via Bhatni junction.
To go by taxi or by bus, one has to go to Khukhundu, which is around 20km from Deoria. From Khukhundu, hire auto or rickshaw to reach the school.
Admission
The students who seek admission in the college, must have passed class XII or intermediate or equivalent with Sanskrit as a subject and must have secured minimum of 45% in the same. The students get admission in Shastri first year which is equivalent to B.A. first year. The students can opt from Sahitya and Vyakaran stream at the time of admission.
