Anand Shankar Rotary B.Ed College, popularly called, A. S. R. B.Ed College is affiliated to Nilamber-Pitamber University. The college is recognized by National Council of Teacher Education. The college was established in the year 2009 by Daltonganj Rotary Charitable Society.
Location
The college is located in the rural area of Chainpur. The college campus is setup in calm environment. Its is 5 km away fro Daltonganj bus stand and 6 km from Daltonganj railway station.
Infrastructure and Facilities
A. S. R. B.Ed College has a good infrastructure. The lecture halls and seminar hall are spacious and equipped with LCD and OHP. The library has rich collection of books as per the standards of NCTE. The laboratories are present for Physiology, Science, Educational Technology, Computer, and Art and craft. The college campus also has a canteen and provided hygienic food. Medical facilities and transport facilities are also provided to students.
