About SCPM College of Nursing & Paramedical Science
SCPM College of Nursing & Paramedical Science, established in the year 2008, is located in Gonda district in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The college is affiliated to U.P. State Medical Faculty, Lucknow and Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi. It is also recognized by U.P. State Government, Lucknow.
The college offers degree and diploma programs in Nursing and paramedical sciences.
Facilities
The college campus is developed in lush green environment on Lucknow-Gonda Highway. It has good, well-developed infrastructure. It has labs for Anatomy & Physiology, Pathology & Microbiology, Optometry, Physiotherapy and O.T lab. The college also has computer lab, library, OPD, spacious lectures rooms which are equipped with audio-visual teaching aids. The college also provides hostel facilities, transport facilities and canteen facilities.
Apart from academics, the college also organizes literacy and cultural activities, games and sports activities and excursion and educational trips for the students.
Admission process
Admission in the college is done on basis of merit list of Entrance Exam or Interview or both which is conducted by the college. The entrance exam is of 100 marks which consists of multiple choice questions. The duration of the paper is three hours. The candidates who qualify for the exam are called for interview.
The hostel fees is Rs. 48,000 per year.
Gonda Bus station is five km away from the college.
