Sukhdev Singh Lavkush Degree College is an Arts and Science college. The college is affiliated to Bundelkhand University, Jhansi and is recognized by National Council for Teacher Education.

The college is located in Baberu village at the distance of 200 m from Attara road. The nearest railway station is Banda railway station.
Infrastructure and facilities
Sukhdev Singh Lavkush Degree College campus is spread in 3 hectares of land. The college building has well-developed classrooms and laboratories for science subjects, Psychology and Education and Media teaching. The library is well-stocked and has collection of more than 3200 books, journals and magazines. It has seating capacity of 50 students and has been maintained as per the NCTE norms for B.Ed course and University standards for arts and science courses. Separate common room is available for boys and girls. The playground is well-maintained. The students can play various outdoor sports like Football, Hockey, Volleyball, Badminton, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Basketball .
The college also provides hostel facilities to the students. Medical as well as canteen facilities are also provided.
