About Kisan Post Graduate College
Kisan Post Graduate college was established in the year 1976. The college is located in Bahraich and provides higher education to almost 7500 students in various disciplines. The government-aided college is affiliated to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Avadh University.
Infrastructure and facilities
Kisan PG college has been developed in a calm, pollution-free area. The college campus is located in the midst of lush green environment. The college building has 32 well-furnished classrooms and well-equipped lab. Auditorium, conference hall are also well-maintained. The college library has been digitized and has separate reading rooms for boys, girls and research students.
Hostel facilities are available for the boys. 60 students can accommodate in the hostel. The college also provides residential facilities to the staff members.
The playground is huge and well-maintained. Students can play Hockey, Cricket and Football. Courts for Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton is also available. Facilities are also provided for indoor games such as Table Tennis and chess. Students can avail gymnasium facility available in college campus.
Apart from the academics, the students are encouraged to be oart of NSS, NCC, power and rangers team
