About Khandoli Institute of Technology
The Khandoli Institute of Technology (KIT), Giridih, also known as KITG, is managed by the Vivekanand Educational and Charitable Trust (VECT). It is a newly established Polytechnic institute which received approval from AICTE New Delhi, Ministry Of HRD (Govt. Of India) in June 2014. The polytechnic is not directly affiliated to any university. However, the courses offered by the college are approved by the State Board of Technical Education, Govt Of Jharkhand.
Campus Infrastructure and facilitiesThe official website of the institute does not give specific details of the infrastructure & facilities available. It is only mentioned that it is a 13-acre campus. In the section about the courses, there is a mention of well-equipped labs for each of the engineering/technology departments.

Admission procedure Those who wish to get admission to the Khandoli Institute of Technology have to appear for the common entrance examination conducted by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB). Details of this entrance exam are issued in major newspapers. Students can purchase the form at designated Post Offices and Bank branches. There will be a written test of 3 hours in subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and G.K. of Matriculation level Details of this test will be intimated to the students. Candidates who successfully pass the test can then attend the counseling sessions to know the college & branch of study allotted to them.
Admission is then given to the Khandoli Institute of Technology on the basis of list of candidates received from JCECEB. Students who get the admission must submit the requisite application form and accompanied 1st Year fees along with all the required documents to the Principal of the Polytechnic.
