About Andhra Evangelical Lutheran Church School of Nursing

AELC School of Nursing is located in the medical compound of the BAER hospital. The same was initiated by Dr Mary Baer. It is involved in community health work at different located in and around Chirala.
The School of Nursing helps students prepare to serve the poor at the clinic and hospital and other initiatives taken by the trust.
The School also provides preventive health education and health screening in the nearby villages. This has helped in improving the enhancing the health of poor, improving on the work output by the people and reducing child mortality.
