Firebird Institute of Research in Management located in Chettipalayam, Coimbatore is an International B School with a mission of creating innovative and insightful leaders for the modern India. Firebird offers MBA/PGDM programme that is fully linked with the industry. Each student studying this programme will closely work under the able mentorship of a Corporate Executive. This gives the chance for their students to practically learn Management from their Corporate mentor throughout their course of study. The Industry Internship starts from the Day one of their course. Students can learn management concepts from their faculties and at the same time, they will get exposure of the practical management from their Corporate mentors.
The MBA/PGDM Programme consists of four Semesters that includes 23 Core Courses, 10 Elective Courses, One Summer Project and One Course Work Abroad. Apart from this, there are two Bridge Courses that are offered as a part of the curriculum.

LEAP ( Leadership Exploration and Awakening Programme ), one of their flagship programme designed to empower the learner to take control of both professional and personal life together by achieving leadership power and to create a rewarding future. LEAP course includes four sessions viz. Self Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Goals & Affirmation.
Business Research Centre of Firebird Institute ( BRC ) provides assistance in professional research to their client companies who are into marketing of FMCG, Financial Management, Business Strategy, Productivity and HR Management.
The core team consists of well qualified facilitators & experienced trainers / researchers who are behind the success of Firebird Institute. Critical subjects are taught by their best faculties who are from IIM-Kozhikode, IIM-Trichy, IIM-Bangalore and IIT Madras.
