About College of Commerce, Arts & Science, Patna
College of Commerce, Arts & Science, Patna was established in 1949 and initially it was named 'College of Commerce' because this college was established to impart quality education to students in Commerce and Management but later faculty of Science, Arts and Law were also included in the syllabus and the name of the college changed as 'College of Commerce, Arts & Science, Patna'.
The college is affiliated with Magadh University, Bodh Gaya and approved by the Government of Bihar. Also the college is duly recognized by the University Grant Commission.
No doubt, being one of the prestigious colleges of Patna, the college is blessed with a very big campus with all the facilities to enhance the learning process of students.
Modernized labs, parking area, gym, and a big library with huge stocks of books and e-book are some of the facility offered by the college.
There is also a cafeteria in the college campus which serves hot, delicious and hygienic meals, snacks, tea etc. to the students at subsidized rate.
Currently college offers numerous courses under the discipline of Science, Humanities, Commerce, Social Science, Law and Management. Recently college has also introduced B.Ed programs with some of the best faculty of Patna who have years of experience in the field of teacher's training.
