About Surendra Prasad Yadav College
Surendra Prasad College located in A.P Colony, Gaya, Bihar was founded in 1992. The college is affiliated with Magadh University, Bodh Gaya and approved by Bihar Government.
The infrastructure of the college is of average quality but there is sufficient facility for students to enhance their learning process.
There is a big library on the second floor which houses more than 20,000 books including journals, textbooks and literature. The library is spacious enough to accommodate more than 50 students at a time.
The college also motivates students to take participate in different games and sports. The college also provides scholarship and other financial support to talented players.
To improve the understanding and learning of students, the college is well equipped with a laboratory where students can apply what they study in textbooks in practical. There is a separate lab for Physics, Chemistry and Biology. There is also a computer lab which houses an adequate number of systems to help students in their study.
Other extracurricular activity includes the participation of students in NCC. The college provides the opportunity to each and every student to join NCC to learn basic military skills and encourages them to join Army so that they can serve the country in a better way.
